How do I create a Grower?

Overview:

A grower is the collection of the farms, fields, crops, products, etc. that are related to a given farming operation. The grower displays within the Domain Picker.

Your business may have one or more growers. You manage the growers in the Domain Picker within AgStudio. When your Customer Success Manager initially sets up your database, you provided information about your current growers. However, you may need to add growers; this article describes how to create growers.

Requirements:

Process:

1. Click the ellipse to the right of the Grower in the Domain Picker to access the Grower Properties dialog.
2. Enter relevant information.
   
   
   

   Note: The Grower Name is the only required field, but you can add information about county, contact information, associates, and more.

3. When creating a new grower, the following message may appear. Click OK, and proceed to add farms and fields to your grower.
