How do I resolve growers?
Overview:
AgDirector contains tools you can use to create a cross reference between any Grower in the Archive list and the current upload location, if necessary.
Requirements:
- Data ready to archive
- Connection of AgDirector to Database
Process:
To create a cross reference:
- Select Resolve Growers.
- In the Resolve Growers dialog, the Local Name of the Grower displays in the grid as well as the cross-reference (or XRef) name.
- To link the local grower to the grower in the current upload location, select the grower in the grid and click Link Grower to display the Select Grower dialog on which you search for the Grower to which you want to cross reference.
- Upon selecting the cross reference grower, click OK, and the XRef Name displays the selected grower.
- Once all local growers have been resolved, click OK to return to the main dialog.
