How do I create a Crop Year?
Overview
A crop year is the year for which the crop will be harvested. The crop year displays in the Domain Picker.
When you perform tasks within AgStudio you do so on a specific domain in a specific crop year. You can create a Crop Year for a new Grower and you can also add a Crop Year to an existing Grower. This article describes how to do both.
Requirements
- Optionally, a list of resource assignments you want to make
Process
Note: When you create a new grower, the Create Crop Year dialog automatically displays in which you enter the preferred crop year. You can also choose to copy resources from a previous crop year.
For an Existing Grower
- Click
to the right of the Crop Year within the Domain Picker to access the Create Crop Year dialog. - Choose the crop year to copy from.
- Enter the new crop year.
- Optionally, choose to copy resources from a previous crop year
- Click OK.
