How do I archive data?

Overview:

You can archive data even without an Internet connection.

Requirements:

• Scanned data

Process:

1. In the Archive Data to Disk frame, perform Step 3 by clicking Archive to save a copy of the data onto the computer that is running AgDirector.
• The Archive to Disk dialog appears.
2. Choose the Grower (on the current computer) to which you want to Archive the data. You can select a Grower from the drop-down list, or click New to display the New Grower dialog in which you enter the Grower Name
3. Enter any Notes or Settings to further define the data.
4. Select the Crop Year to assign the data to.
5. Mark the check box to choose to Archive only the new data.

The Archive Complete dialog is displayed when the data has been archived.
