How do I archive data?
Overview:
You can archive data even without an Internet connection.
Requirements:
- Scanned data
Process:
- In the Archive Data to Disk frame, perform Step 3 by clicking Archive to save a copy of the data onto the computer that is running AgDirector.
- The Archive to Disk dialog appears.
- Choose the Grower (on the current computer) to which you want to Archive the data. You can select a Grower from the drop-down list, or click New to display the New Grower dialog in which you enter the Grower Name
- Enter any Notes or Settings to further define the data.
- Select the Crop Year to assign the data to.
- Mark the check box to choose to Archive only the new data.
The Archive Complete dialog is displayed when the data has been archived.
