What are the Sampling Reports Status Parameters?
Requirements:
- Work orders from the desktop version of AgStudio
Answer:
Based on the level of completion of each work order, you can set several different statuses for a work order detail (the fields and/or layers within a work order) including:
- Created – the active status is unchecked AND no sampling crew has been assigned. You can perform any action on this status EXCEPT creating another work order for the same field.
- Assigned – the active status is unchecked AND a sampling crew has been assigned. You can perform any action on this status, including reassigning a different crew or setting the crew as unassigned. You cannot create another work order for the same field.
- Active – the active checkbox is marked AND no sampling crew has been assigned. You can perform any action on this status such as unmarking the Active checkbox. You cannot create another work order for the same field.
- Ready to Sample – the active checkbox is marked AND a sampling crew has been assigned. You can perform any action on this status EXCEPT creating another work order for the same field.
- Exported – the export operation has been executed within AgStudio. To export, a layer with at least one sample site must exist. After exporting, you can perform any action on this status EXCEPT creating another work order for the same field. A detail can be exported more than once.
- Synced – the active checkbox is marked AND a sampling crew has been assigned AND the field/layer has been synced using the AgStudio MAP app. After syncing, you can perform any action on this status EXCEPT creating another work order for the same field. A detail can be synced more than once.
- Sampled - a Sampling Date has been entered. The item can be cancelled, but no edits can be done.
- Results Received – results for ALL samples on the work order detail have been received through the soil test receiving service or layer import. The item can be cancelled, but no edits can be done.
- Partial Results Received – results for less than all samples on the work order detail have been received through the soil test receiving service or layer import. The item can be cancelled, but no edits can be done.
- Completed – a sampling date exists AND results received. A detail which has all results received and has a sampled date is automatically classified as complete. No edits or cancelling can be done.
- Cancelled – through AgStudio, you can edit an existing work order AND use the operation to remove OR clear the field list; these removed and/or cleared fields are considered cancelled. No action can be taken.
