How do I edit a work order?
Overview:
You can edit the details of a work order by clicking View to next to any work order detail (the fields and/or layers within a work order) to display additional information specific to that record. From the details popup, you can also activate/deactivate the work order detail, assign/unassign a sampling crew, and enter the sampled date.
Requirements:
- Work order data from the desktop version of AgStudio
Process:
- From the detailed work order grid, click the View button to display a popup dialog on which you can:
Mark/unmark the Active checkbox to change the status of the work order to Active/Inactive
Assign/Unassign a Crew
Update the Sampled Date
- Edits completed in AgStudio Command Center are visible in the Sampling Work Order extension in the desktop version of AgStudio and vice versa.
Note: Depending on the status of the work order detail, edits may not be available. For example, any work order detail with a status of Sampled, Results (or Partial Results) Received, Completed, or Cancelled are not editable.
