How do I edit a user?
Overview:
To modify a user's email, password, add a note, lock the user, or give the user the ability to service the account.
NOTE: You cannot edit a UserName.
NOTE: The ability to service an account (create a connection to the database) is only available to a SuperAdmin and is limited to one SuperAdmin at a time. In cases where more than one SuperAdmin is available, only one can be assigned. To change this permission level, simply mark the checkbox for a new SuperAdmin, which automatically unselects the previous SuperAdmin’s permissions.

.
