How do I lock/unlock a user?

Overview:

Use the lock/unlock feature to temporarily restrict a user's access to the Command Center features.

Process:

1. From the dashboard, in the Actions column, next to the user you want to lock, click   to display the User Management: Update User page.
2. Mark the IsLocked Out checkbox.
3. Click .
4. Click Refresh (F5) to view the update.
• On the dashboard, a checkmark appears in the IsLockedOut column next to the selected user.

To unlock a user:

1. From the dashboard, in the Actions column, next to the user you want to unlock, click .
2. Click Refresh (F5) to view the update.
